Requirements
Onboarding experience:
Any Bachelor Degree
• Coordinates pre-hire and hire formalities, ensures compliance, collects documents
• In person contract signing and welcome pack coordination
• Coordinates/facilitates new hire orientation/induction sessions
• Ensures the integration of new employees; new hire follow-ups
• Assists in the activity to design, deliver and constantly improve our Onboarding proposition and programs in the country, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1 employee experience.
• Acts as steward of the employee experience and company culture HR Administration
• Partners with HR Services to ensure that people transactions are processed timely, and processes are continuously reviewed, improved and streamlined
• Is responsible for organizing compliance training & awareness programs
• Collects HR documentation, performs related administrative activities, updates job descriptions.
Offboarding
• Conducts exit interviews to identify attrition trends
• Ensures compliance for and implements the exit process/documentation
• Employee experience, relations & support
• Assists with employee relations issues
• Responds to employee requests or issues via the HR systems, email, or chat
• Provides first level HR generalist advice, guidance and support to HR and the business in all employee matters
• Acts as Point of Contact for HR tools, processes, programs or projects.
• Support the Sr HR Manager & HRBP with the people plan, for example: performance calibration, talent forums, training and development
